Terms of use

These terms apply to your use of My Ring Size at myringsize.app (“the site”). By using the site you agree to them.

1. What the site is

The site offers free tools and guides that estimate ring sizes from the measurements you enter and convert sizes between scales.

2. Estimates only

Results are estimates based on what you measure and on the scales’ published definitions. Measuring errors, screen calibration, printer scaling, band width and the shape of your finger all affect fit. For an expensive ring or one that cannot be resized, confirm the size with a jeweller’s gauge before buying. We are not responsible for a ring that does not fit.

3. Independent

The site sells no rings and is not linked to or approved by any jeweller, retailer or standards body.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not try to disrupt, overload or break the site.
• Do not use bots or scrapers to copy the site’s content in bulk.
• Do not use the site for anything unlawful.

5. Content and ownership

The site’s text, design, drawings and code belong to us. The printable sizer is for your own use; quoting a short passage with a link to the page is welcome.

6. No warranty

The site is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind. We try to keep every formula correct and the site available, but we do not promise that it will be error-free or always online.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site, including the cost of resizing or returning a ring.

8. Paid products, payment and refunds

The site sells a licence for the embedded ring sizer (for jewellers). You pay on Stripe’s secure page; any sales tax or VAT is shown there before you pay, and Stripe emails the receipt. A licence covers one shop domain and its subdomains for the period shown on the product page. Refunds: 30 days, no questions asked. Email hello@myringsize.app with the receipt and the refund is made to the same card.

9. Advertising

The site shows ads from Google AdSense and one promotion for StudyLah. Advertisers are responsible for their own content. See our privacy policy.

10. Changes

We may change these terms by updating this page and the date at the top. Your continued use of the site means you accept the new terms.
