The best way to reach us is by email: hello@myringsize.app
What we can help with
- A wrong size or conversion: tell us the page, what you typed (the “Copy link” button gives it all) and what you expected.
- Something broken: a page that will not load, a slider that sticks or a print that comes out wrong. Say which device and browser you use.
- Privacy questions: how the site handles data, ads or cookies.
- Ideas: a scale, a tool or a guide you would like to see.
What we cannot do
We cannot size your finger for you, recommend a jeweller or resize a ring. Please do not send photographs of hands or rings; a share link and a short description are enough.
