About

About My Ring Size

Ring size tools that measure instead of guess, with the millimetres behind every size.

Why we built it

Most ring size pages are a jeweller’s chart with a shop attached: a static table, rounded its own way, with no way to type in what you measured and no honesty about how far between sizes you are. We wanted tools that take a real measurement, work through the scales’ own definitions, and say how close the answer is.

The tools

  • Ring Size Chart: Every size in US, UK, EU and Japanese scales with its mm, and a finder for your measurement.
  • Ring Sizer: Calibrate with a bank card, lay a ring on the screen, match the circle and read the size.
  • Ring Size Converter: Any scale to every other, with the mm and how close each nearest size is.
  • How to Measure Ring Size: Wrap string or paper, measure the length, type it in; a knuckle check included.
  • Mens Ring Size Chart: US 8 to 15 with mm, UK and EU, the usual men’s range and a finder.
  • Ring Size in mm: The inner diameter and circumference in mm of every size on every scale.
  • Printable Ring Sizer: True-size circles for a ring and a paper strip for a finger, with a print-scale check.
  • Average Ring Size: The usual women’s and men’s ranges in US, UK and mm, and where your size sits.

What makes it different

  • A measurement in, a size out. Diameter, circumference, a strip of paper, or a ring on a calibrated screen.
  • The gap, not just the size. Every answer says how far the nearest size is from exact, in millimetres.
  • Shows its working. Each page states the formula and a worked example, and how we calculate lists every scale’s definition.
  • True size. The on-screen sizer calibrates with a bank card; the printable sizer is drawn in millimetres and checked the same way.
  • Private. Everything runs in your browser; nothing typed is sent anywhere.

Independence

My Ring Size is an independent website. It sells no rings, takes no commission, and is not linked to any jeweller or standards body; the standards it cites are quoted as definitions, not endorsements. A jeweller’s gauge on the actual finger is the final word.

How the site is paid for

The site shows ads from Google AdSense, placed below the tools and never inside them, and none in print. Tool and guide pages also carry one labelled box for StudyLah, a tuition service for students in Singapore. Our privacy policy explains how ads and cookies work.
